What is D-Panthenol Liquid?   

D-Panthenol, with the chemical formula C9H19NO4 and a molecular weight of 205.25, is a colorless, viscous, oily liquid or a colorless, transparent liquid with a slightly characteristic odor. It has a density of 1.20 g/cm³, a boiling point of 118-120°C (2.7 mm Hg), a refractive index of 1.495-1.502, and a specific optical rotation of 30.5°.
