Loganin, also known as strychnine or strychnine glycoside, is an iridoid glycoside compound mainly found in Strychnos nux-vomica and Cornus officinalis, plants belonging to the Loganiaceae family. Depending on its purity, it appears as a reddish-brown to light yellow amorphous powder; high purity (≥98%) is a white crystalline solid, readily soluble in water but sparingly soluble in organic solvents.

Strychnos nux-vomica stimulating the central nervous system: Strychnos nux-vomica selectively stimulates spinal reflexes, increases skeletal muscle tone, and enhances motor neuron activity. Small doses can improve nerve conduction, while large doses may lead to tonic-clonic seizures.
Analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects: This component relieves chronic pain, especially neuropathic pain, by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis and central analgesic pathways. It can reduce edema and exudation at sites of inflammation, but its anti-inflammatory mechanism is related to immunosuppression.
Promoting hematopoiesis and immune regulation: Strychnos nux-vomica can stimulate bone marrow hematopoiesis and increase the number of peripheral blood leukocytes and platelets. At low doses, it has a bidirectional regulatory effect on immune cell activity, but the therapeutic window is extremely narrow.
Treatment of Neurological Disorders: Used at strictly controlled doses to treat motor neuron diseases such as myasthenia gravis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), improving muscle strength. Used as adjunctive therapy in rehabilitation after spinal cord injury, but close monitoring of neurological reflexes is necessary.
Pain Management: Used as an adjunct analgesic for refractory neuropathic pain and cancer pain as a prescription drug component, usually in combination with other analgesics to reduce the dosage. Traditional topical preparations are used to relieve rheumatic joint pain and sprains.
Adjunctive Treatment of Hematologic Disorders: Used for short-term stimulation therapy for leukopenia after radiotherapy or chemotherapy, but due to toxicity issues, it has been gradually replaced by safer drugs.
Research and Other Restricted Uses: Used as a tool in neuropharmacology research to establish spinal cord excitability models. Strictly prohibited for use as a health supplement or food additive; ordinary consumers should not come into contact with any over-the-counter products containing strychnine.

For some products that require special packaging during transportation, we will carry out more delicate packaging. For example, retinal needs to be stored at -20 °C, so we choose cold chain transportation during transportation; deoxyarbutin will change color during transportation, so we will Vacuum packing of deoxyarbutin
