L-carnitine is an amino acid derivative whose core function is to act as a transporter, delivering long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria within cells, thereby promoting fat burning for energy production. L-carnitine is an amino acid-like substance and is not an essential amino acid, as the human body can synthesize some of it on its own. It is primarily synthesized in the liver and kidneys using two essential amino acids—lysine and methionine—with the assistance of vitamin C, iron, vitamin B6, and niacin. Red meat, especially beef and lamb, is the richest source of L-carnitine. Other meats such as pork, poultry, fish, and dairy products also contain small amounts. It is found in very low levels in plant-based foods.

1. Energy Production and Athletic Performance (Most Common Use)
L-Carnitine supplementation can increase the number of "transporters," allowing for more efficient fat burning during exercise and conserving glycogen, thereby improving athletic endurance and performance, delaying fatigue, and reducing post-exercise muscle soreness and injury.
2. Weight Loss and Body Fat Management
L-Carnitine itself is not a "miracle weight loss drug." It does not directly break down fat or magically burn fat. It is simply a necessary step in the energy metabolism process. Taking L-Carnitine alone without diet control and exercise will rarely lead to successful weight loss. It may serve as an adjunct, potentially improving fat oxidation efficiency when combined with exercise.
3. Other Areas of Scientific Exploration
Heart Health: Cardiac muscle cells rely heavily on fatty acids for energy. Some studies suggest that L-Carnitine supplementation may help improve symptoms and quality of life in patients with angina and heart failure.
Brain Function: The acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) form is more easily absorbed into the brain and may have potential benefits in slowing age-related cognitive decline and improving symptoms in patients with Alzheimer's disease.
Male Fertility: May help improve sperm quality and motility, as sperm motility requires significant energy.
Treatment of Deficiency: L-carnitine supplementation is a proven and necessary medical intervention for primary or secondary L-carnitine deficiency (e.g., in patients with renal disease undergoing dialysis).

Our packing method is 1KG/Aluminium bags, 25kg/drum
For some products that require special packaging during transportation, we will carry out more delicate packaging. For example, retinal needs to be stored at -20 °C, so we choose cold chain transportation during transportation; deoxyarbutin will change color during transportation, so we will Vacuum packing of deoxyarbutin
