What is  Garlic Extract Allicin?      

Allicin is an antimicrobial substance found in the bulbous root extract of the herbaceous plant Allium genus, belonging to the Liliaceae family. Allicin content is a key indicator of the quality of garlic and garlic products.

Allicin has inhibitory and bactericidal effects against various cocci, Bordetella pertussis, Diphtheria, Shigella, Salmonella typhi and Paratyphi, Escherichia coli, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It also inhibits fungal infections and has inhibitory and antibacterial effects against amebas, Trichomonas vaginalis, and pinworms. Allicin is also a new natural feed additive that combines multiple functions, including bactericidal and insecticidal properties, growth promotion, animal health benefits, and flavoring and appetite stimulation. It boasts a wide range of uses, significant efficacy, resistance to drug resistance, residue-free properties, and no mutagenic, teratogenic, or carcinogenic effects, along with low cost.
