Sodium ascorbate, also known as sodium vitamin C, is the sodium salt form of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid). It retains all the physiological functions of vitamin C but offers greater stability and milder properties than pure vitamin C. As a highly effective and safe water-soluble antioxidant, it is widely used in industries such as food, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.

Potent Antioxidant: Sodium ascorbate functions primarily as an antioxidant. It effectively scavenges free radicals, preventing food ingredients from deteriorating, discoloring, or developing off-flavors due to oxidation, while also helping the human body combat oxidative stress.
Vitamin C Supplementation: Within the body, it performs the exact same physiological functions as Vitamin C, serving as an excellent source of Vitamin C supplementation.
Color Retention and Preservation: As a color-retention agent, it effectively maintains the fresh red color of meat products (such as ham and sausages) and prevents oxidative browning in fruits, vegetables, and fruit juices.
Greater Stability and Gentler Nature: Compared to Vitamin C, it is more stable and less prone to oxidation. Furthermore, it lacks the strong acidity of Vitamin C; its aqueous solution is mildly alkaline, resulting in less gastrointestinal irritation and allowing for co-administration with other medications.
Inhibition of Harmful Substances: In cured foods, it effectively prevents the formation of carcinogenic substances such as nitrosamines.
Food Industry (Antioxidation and Preservation): Widely used as a food additive in products such as meat, beer, fruit juice, canned fruits and vegetables, and jams to preserve color and flavor while extending shelf life.
Nutritional Fortification and Dietary Supplements: Serves as a nutritional fortifier; it is added to various foods or formulated into supplements to provide Vitamin C.
Feed and Cosmetic Additives: Used as an additive in animal feed and in cosmetics, where it provides antioxidant, anti-aging, and skin-whitening benefits.
Health Products: Serves as a raw material for various formulations; due to its ability to boost immunity and promote collagen synthesis, it is used to support the health of tissues such as blood vessels, bones, and skin.
For some products that require special packaging during transportation, we will carry out more delicate packaging. For example, retinal needs to be stored at -20 °C, so we choose cold chain transportation during transportation; deoxyarbutin will change color during transportation, so we will Vacuum packing of deoxyarbutin
