Descrição do produto

Sucralose Sugar

What is Sucralose Sugar?

Sucralose, also known as trichlorogalactosucrose or sucralose, is a sucrose derivative produced from natural sucrose using scientific methods. It is a non-nutritive, potent sweetener. Its chemical name is 4,1',6'-trichloro-4,1',6'-trideoxygalactosucrose. Sucralose is a white or off-white crystalline powder, almost odorless, readily soluble in water, and soluble in anhydrous ethanol.

The sweetness of sucralose is approximately 400 to 800 times that of sucrose. The speed of sweetness development, the intensity of maximum sweetness, the duration of sweetness, and the aftertaste are all very close to those of sucrose. Its sweetness does not decrease with heating, and preparations containing sucralose can be sterilized at high temperatures. Sucralose is suitable for low-calorie foods, can be used by diabetics, and is non-cariogenic, making it a suitable sweetener for health requirements. Sucralose is mainly used as a sweetener and flavor enhancer, and is widely used in the production of nutritional beverages, functional beverages, fermented milk and lactic acid bacteria beverages, alcoholic beverages, as well as in high-temperature foods, fermented foods, canned fruits, preserved fruits and confectionery, and condiments.

Feature

Deep Penetration Repair:

The hydrolyzed small-molecule peptide chains can penetrate the hair cuticle gaps and enter the cortex. The cationic groups carried by these peptides can bind to the negatively charged groups in hair keratin. Through the reconstruction of disulfide and hydrogen bond networks, broken protein chains are repaired from the inside.

Structural Remodeling and Strengthening:

Its amino acid composition is highly similar to hair keratin, allowing for precise filling of areas of protein loss. Through cross-linking reactions, the triple helix structure of hair is reconstructed, restoring its mechanical properties. This biocompatible repair significantly improves the structural integrity of hair.

Intelligent Film-Forming Protection:

A dynamically cross-linked network film self-assembles on the hair surface. This film has temperature-responsive properties, shrinking to enhance protection when heated and remaining flexible at room temperature. It also selectively filters ultraviolet rays and chemicals, achieving active protection.

Applications

Delivers an Ultimate Sweetness Experience
Up to 600 times sweeter than sucrose, a very small amount is needed to achieve a powerful sweetness response. Its sweetness profile is highly similar to sucrose, with no lingering aftertaste or bitterness. Effectively masks unpleasant aftertastes from vitamins, minerals, and other functional ingredients.

Achieves Zero-Calorie Formulas
Less than 15% is absorbed by the human body, with most being excreted unchanged. It does not participate in sugar metabolism and has no effect on glycemic index or insulin secretion. Synergistically with bulk sweeteners such as erythritol, it can achieve zero-calorie formulas.

Maintains Excellent Stability
Tolerates temperatures above 120°C, suitable for processing baked goods. Maintains molecular structure integrity within a pH range of 2-10, adaptable to various beverage systems. Does not decompose under UV radiation, ensuring shelf-life stability for transparently packaged products.

Our packing method is 1KG/Aluminium bags, 25kg/drum

For some products that require special packaging during transportation, we will carry out more delicate packaging. For example, retinal needs to be stored at -20 °C, so we choose cold chain transportation during transportation; deoxyarbutin will change color during transportation, so we will Vacuum packing of deoxyarbutin
