What is Black Garlic Extract Polyphenol ?    

Black garlic polyphenols are a collective term for polyphenolic compounds produced during the long-term, low-temperature fermentation (maturation) of fresh garlic through Maillard reactions and enzymatic transformations. Their content can be 3-5 times that of fresh garlic. They mainly include S-allyl cysteine ​​derivatives and newly formed flavonoids, with significantly improved water solubility and bioavailability. As the core functional factor of black garlic, it further enhances antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties while retaining the activity of fresh garlic.
